The CTBA service attestation, given by the “CENTRE TECHNIQUE DU BOIS ET DE L’AMEUBLEMENT” (Technical Centre of wood and furniture) attests that firms having this attestation commit themselves to :
Commercial deontology
• giving the customer, after a clear reliable and complete diagnosis of the visited work, a detailed estimate true to the CTBA Prescriptions.
• Informing about general conditions of treatments accomplishment.
•Giving the customer the Quality Charter.
• Prohibition of commercial arguments with an abusive flavour which would mislead the customer, particularly concerning legislation, retreatment obligations etc...Workforce competence
• formation and experience in wood treatment field and others materials, working in CTBA technical Prescriptions respect.
• work realization according to the regulations of security conditions.Respect of the estimate
•Doing the work within the alloted time mentioned on the estimate. If there is a delay, the customer must be informed first.
• Strict execution of the deals noted on the estimate and accepted by the customer.Work’s technical quality
• The respect of CTBA Technical Prescriptions for each kind of treatment, this being the service effectiveness insurance.
• Using certified CTBP + products.
• Telling the customer, after having brushed and chopped up the wood pieces, which ones may be defectif and may necessitate a certified professional person visit to reinforce or replace the faulty timbers.After-sales service
• keeping the customer’s file during 10 years.
